Therapy, Co-Counselling and Tools for Living Truthfully
Feeling burnt out, emotionally stuck, or lost in the noise of it all? Whether you’re grieving, struggling with a transition, spiraling on your phone—or quietly asking, “Is this it?”— Welcome.

About Me
I’m Kathleen—a psychotherapist, group facilitator and co-counselling trainer. I work with people who wish to live more fully and truthfully, and who are willing to question themselves and the systems that cause harm. From navigating burnout, loss and relationships, to confronting existential concerns (hello, climate crisis and the rise of violent extremism), this is a space for untangling, grounding and resourcing yourself. About slowing down, reclaiming, and building something truer from the inside, out.
You’re not broken. You’re living in a world that’s changing faster than ever and out of sync with meeting both human and planetary needs. Let’s make space for reflection, authenticity, and nurturing resilience in challenging times.
