Writings & Resources

I’m a qualified therapist (Level 4 Diploma, Integrative-Humanistic), co-counselling teacher, and seasoned group facilitator with a background in community organising, mental health, social enterprise, and just generally giving a sh*t about people.

I’ve spent the last 15 years learning how humans break, bend, survive and thrive—from Psychology labs in Cambridge and refugee camps in Greece,  to therapy rooms in Belfast and international Zoom rooms filled with people supporting each other through co-counselling.

Over the past 8 years I’ve supported over 600 people across the world through dozens of co-counselling trainings and working 1:1 with clients around:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Parenting (including pre/post-natal, adoption & loss)
  • Childlessness
  • Relationship issues
  • Screen and scrolling problems with addictive technology
  • Existential angst
  • Systemic oppression, identity, and empowerment
  • Reconnecting with the body, intuition, and zest for life

My approach blends talking therapy with using the power of your body. I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches and combine it with critical analysis of the conditions in which we live.
